The first ever Junior Eurovision Song Contest took place in Denmark, in 2003. Ever since, the contest takes place every year in November or December.

On Saturday, the 22nd of November, 2008, the sixth Junior Eurovision Song Contest will take place in sunny Cyprus, in the town of Lemesos. The Spyros Kyprianou Arena will host the biggest song contest for children between 10 and 15 in the world. Spread the word: The show starts at 20:15 CET!
